Ownership
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site is © CPD Accredited. That includes the Standards, the guidance, and the text of newsroom articles.
Where material belongs to someone else, it is identified as theirs and their terms apply instead.
What you may reuse
You may, without asking us:
- quote from the Standards and our guidance, with attribution and a link to the source page;
- reproduce the Standards in full, unaltered, for use inside your own organisation, for example in a staff handbook or a submission to a client;
- link to any page on this site;
- reproduce your own register entry, in full and unaltered, in your own materials.
You may not, without written permission:
- republish the Standards or our guidance as your own, or as part of a paid product;
- alter the Standards and continue to present them as the Standards;
- reproduce the register in bulk, or use it to build a competing listing;
- use our name to imply a relationship you do not have.
The accreditation mark
The accreditation mark is not covered by the reuse terms above. It may be used only under a current licence, on the activity it was granted for, in the form set out under using the accreditation mark.
Using the mark without a licence misleads learners about what has been assessed, and we act on it. Reports can be made through report a concern.
Asking permission
For anything not covered above, write to hello@cpdaccredited.co.uk with what you want to reuse and how. We are generally happy to say yes where the use does not misstate what accreditation means.
