Reading an entry

An entry records what was assessed and when. It does not say the activity is currently being delivered, and it does not say anything else the provider offers has been assessed.

  • Accredited with conditions means the activity met the outcomes but something has to be corrected within a stated period.
  • Under review means information we asked for is outstanding. The accreditation still stands while the review is open.
  • Suspended or withdrawn means the accreditation no longer applies and the mark should not be in use.
